Here it is possible to get more information about my apartment, available for rent to people who want to spend a short vacation or business period (min. 1 month, max. 6 months, renewable) in the heart of the Eternal City, enjoying it in a deeper and fuller way than one would get by staying at a hotel.

The apartment is medium-size (about 70 sqm) and it is a very nice and romantic flat located on the highest floor of a 18^th century building, renovated some years ago. The flat itself was recently enlarged and renovated and has modern and functional furniture. There are 7 windows, facing S/W/E/N, and a balcony allowing 360° spectacular views onto ancient Rome's roofs, domes and bell towers, as well as famous Gianicolo Hill and Fountain.

The apartment, which is served with independent heating and how water, is composed by:

• a living/dining room with embedded modern kitchen, sleeping sofa (2 places), large TV set with satellite antenna and receiver, free WiFi, HiFi, large refrigerator, desk with PC and laser printer, air conditioning (2 windows and the entrance door);
• main bedroom with a king size bed and a large 4-door wardrobe, air conditioning (2 windows);
• attic bedroom with two separeted foldaway single beds, two desks, additional TV set with projector, custom furniture, two 4-door wardrobes, cleaning corner with washing machine, air conditioning (2 windows);
• main bathroom with comfortable shower, accessible from the main bedroom (illuminated from the bedroom with glass blocks);
• small bathroom, accessible from the attic bedroom (1 window);
• shared balcony (but de-facto with private access), with foldable table and chairs, light, and convenient external storage room.

The apartment is conveniently situated in the very heart of Trastevere, the most lively and folkloristic neighborhood in downtown Rome.There are tens of restaurant, pubs, shops, cinemas, theaters nearby, as well as many cultural, historical, artistic, architectural attractions and nightlife opportunities. St. Peter's Basilica and Vatican City, St. Angel's Castle, Navona Square, Campo De' Fiori Square, Tiber River and Island, Circo Massimo, Bocca della Verità, Venice Square, Campidoglio Hill, Pantheon as well as many outstanding green areas are within 15-30 min walking distance. S. Maria in Trastevere Square and Trilussa Square are only 200 m far from the building door.

Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet and undisturbed, thanks to the high floor and since the latest generation anti-noise and anti-dispersion windows with triple glazing are not faced to the street, but to internal courtyards.

By spending a period in my apartment, you will get a rare opportunity to enjoy both an international and a genuine popular roman environment at the same time in the narrow streets of Trastevere.
