This is the section of my personal website devoted to HomeLink, an international organization for home-exchange services.

For those HomeLink members who have visited my listing on HomeLink Italia website or have read it on the Book, here it is possible to get more information about my place, available for home exchange to people who want to spend 1 or 2 weeks in the heart of the Eternal City, enjoying it in deeper and fuller way than one would get by staying at a hotel.

I am open to offers at anytime for exchanges with homes located anywhere, with some preference for South & Central America, Caribbean, Australia and Oceania, South Africa. 

My place is a small (45 sqm), but very nice and romantic apartment located on the highest floor of a 18^th century building. It was recently renovated and has modern and functional furniture. There are 5 windows (S/W/E) and a balcony allowing spectacular views onto ancient Rome's roofs, domes and bell towers, as well as famous Gianicolo Hill and Fountain.

The apartment is composed by:

• a living/dining room with embedded modern kitchen, sleeping sofa (2 places), cordless telephone (2 lines), large TV set with satellite antenna and receiver, DVD/VHS videotape Reader/Recorder, HiFi, PC, washing machine, large refrigerator, independent heating;
• a bedroom with a king size bed and a large 4-door wardrobe;
• a bathroom with comfortable shower.

Domestic help is available, for 3 hours, every Wednesday or on request.

I also own a covered garage with room for 2 cars (or 1 car + 1 motorbike + 2 bycicles), 10 min walking distance from my apartment. 

My car (BMW 116i) and 2 almost new mountain-bikes are also available for use/exchange.

My apartment is situated in the very heart of Trastevere, the most lively and folkloristic neighborhood in downtown Rome.There are tens of restaurant, pubs, shops, cinemas, theaters nearby, as well as many cultural, historical, artistic, architectural attractions and nightlife opportunities. St. Peter's Basilica and Vatican City, St. Angel's Castle, Navona Square, Campo De' Fiori Square, Tiber River and Island, Circo Massimo, Bocca della Verità, Venice Square, Campidoglio Hill, Pantheon as well as many outstanding green areas are within 15-30 min walking distance.

By spending a period in my apartment, you will get a rare opportunity to enjoy both an international and a genuine popular roman environment at the same time in the narrow streets of Trastevere.
